Kevin is such a great guy to work with. From start to finish he was polite, punctual, up front with information and costs. He arrived before I left for work and was gone before I returned home. Aside from the work being complete, and very well done I might add, it was like he was never there (unlike our previous contractor). Kevin installed brand new doors and a new sliding patio door for me. As well as new outside lights to my home. I met with several contractors for my bathroom remodel. I chose Kevin because of his good attitude, he listened to me and my ideas without “mansplaining” to me ( an issue I had with some of the others). He was also the most reasonably priced. He’s a fantastic communicator, always responded to my texts right away. He was very punctual and respectful, as were any of the workers he brought with him. The project did take longer than anticipated, that was really the only downside. But I’m happy with my bathroom, his tile work on the floor and shower, especially. They remodeled our master bath 2nd bath kitchen floor put grab bars in downstairs bath fix shower after my heart attack was done before I got out of the hospital I highly recommend them everything thing is still looking good had no problems it's been 4 years easy too work with can't say enough good things about them See more See less

We had Eric working on our upstairs bathroom to completely renovate the tub shower combo into a walk in shower. The work is phenomenal, and Eric was kind and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He is clearly a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. The owner (Kevin) was great to work with as well and made sure that the work started on time and that everything was the way we wanted it. There was a small amount of miscommunication, but it was resolved promptly and Kevin will be back in the spring to do a complete renovation on our downstairs bathroom. Photos are of before and after. In 2021, I decided it was time to update our ensuite bathroom. I called Kevin Chapman of Chapman Surfaces & Remodeling. After discussion, I chose him for the job. Once materials were selected and plans made, the work began. Because my husband and I were seniors, we decided on a curb free shower to avoid tripping hazards along with grab bars on the shower walls. Large rectangular wall tiles were chosen for the shower and the floors to have fewer grout lines for easier cleaning. An ADA compliant toilet was chosen and of course a new vanity. The remodel was everything I hoped for and more, Kevin was hard working and conscientious about doing good work. Since then, I have had him do smaller jobs as well such as adding railings to my garage stairs and my back porch stairway. One of the more challenging jobs was getting my textured ceilings brought into the modern age by covering them with drywall. I don’t miss the texture. Along with that a new sliding door was put on my hallway bathtub and a ceiling fan was replaced. New chandeliers were also put in my kitchen and my dining room. Last week, I called Kevin to remove the ancient TV antenna on my roof, along with removing my old clothes line poles in my yard which were no longer used. For jobs large or small, I recommend Chapman Surfaces TIle & Remodeling. You won’t regret it. See more See less
